Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Milton, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday availability as needed)
Pay: $25.00/hour | Evaluation-to-Hire Opportunity

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support our clients growing operations.
Position Summary:
As a Forklift Operator and Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations. You’ll assist customers, load and unload trucks, pull and prepare orders, and ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
- Pull and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with loading materials and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift (certification preferred).
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials regularly.
- Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
