HR Support Specialist

As our HR Support Specialist, Denise plays an essential role in keeping our office running smoothly and creating a positive experience for both employees and clients. Since joining Express Employment Professionals in 2013, she has been dedicated to supporting the front-end hiring process and ensuring exceptional customer service every step of the way.

What Denise enjoys most about her role is that no two days are ever the same. She thrives in the fast-paced, energetic environment and loves being part of a team that helps people and businesses succeed.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her two small dogs, and expressing her creativity through crocheting.

Bridget Holt

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Bridget began her career with Express Employment Professionals as a temporary employee in the Centralia office, where her dedication and work ethic quickly earned her a full-time role as a Staffing Consultant. After relocating to Tacoma in 2004, she joined our team and spent years building expertise in staffing, account management, and client support. In 2022, Bridget transitioned to our Skilled Trades Division, where she uses her extensive industry knowledge to connect skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new places and cultures, and enjoying the outdoors. She also loves spending time on the family farm and dreams of traveling the world one country at a time.

Shelby Murray

Industrial Employment Specialist

Shelby joined Express Employment Professionals in November 2025 and brings more than six years of experience in training and management, along with 23 years in customer service and sales. She describes herself as fun-loving and playful, with a passion for learning and a continual drive for growth. Originally from Spokane, Shelby has lived in Florida and Texas before returning to Washington to be closer to her family and her best friend, her sister. Shelby is excited to support her community through her work with Express, helping others find a place they can truly call home. Outside of work, she enjoys the simple things - whether relaxing with a good movie and her two cats or spending quality time with her closest people.

Kathleen Davis

Business Development Specialist

Kathie has been a key member of Express Employment Professionals since August 2018. With a background in real estate, she transitioned into her role as a Business Developer/Sales Representative, bringing with her a strong commitment to dedication and hard work—values she considers essential to success.

Her performance has consistently ranked among the top in the company, placing her in the Top 50 Sales Representatives nationwide each year. Kathie values the family-oriented culture at Express, which she finds both motivating and rewarding.

Originally from Southern California, Kathie earned her degree in Psychology from UCLA before relocating to the Pacific Northwest. In her personal time, she enjoys being with her husband and two sons, taking long walks, completing puzzles, and attending sporting events.

Patti Haines

Industrial Employment Specialist

In October 2021, Patti joined our team as an Employment Specialist in our Industrial Division. She brings over 9 years of retail management experience with a customer connection focus. Patti came to us because she has a passion for people and has a desire to make the community she lives in a better place by giving people hope. Patti loves all things in nature and is passionate about beekeeping and caring for rescued animals. She loves music, working in the garden, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

HR Support Specialist

Ari joined the Express Employment Professionals team in October 2025 as an HR Support Specialist. With a background as a retail hiring manager, she brings valuable experience in recruitment and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. After earning her degree from Pacific Lutheran University, Ari discovered her passion for helping others find meaningful career opportunities. As a lifelong Pierce County resident, Ari takes pride in supporting her local community and finds joy in seeing people leave the office with a renewed sense of hope. Outside of work, she’s a devoted mom who loves spending time with her child, three cats, and dog. In her spare moments, you’ll find her outdoors with a good book, planning her next travel adventure, or enjoying live music.

Jenna Stanley

Employoment Specialist

Jenna joined the Express Employment Professionals team in June 2026 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Linfield University. Eager to begin a career built on helping others and making a positive impact, Jenna brings a strong work ethic, fresh perspective, and a passion for learning and professional growth.

During her time at Linfield University, she was a four-year member of the women’s soccer team. Balancing the demands of academics and athletics helped her develop strong leadership, teamwork, discipline, time management, and resilience. These are all qualities she now brings to her professional career and the clients she serves.

Originally from Puyallup, Jenna is excited to build a career while serving the local community. With a friendly, approachable personality and a commitment to providing exceptional service, she looks forward to creating meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

Pamela White

Payroll & Benefits Administrator

Pamela has been with Express since 1993. Her dependability and steady thinking has contributed to the continued success of the Tacoma franchise team. Over the years she has not only worked with our associates in regards to doing payroll but she has overseen our unemployment, medical, and benefits areas. Along with associate concerns she also handles client reporting and account receivable. In her spare time she loves to attend concerts and travel. New York, Las Vegas and San Diego are favorites for repeat visits. Born at Madigan and raised in Tacoma a Washingtonian through and through. Go HAWKS!
