HR Support Specialist

Denise is our Front Office Coordinator, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our team. She joined Express Employment Professionals in 2013 and takes pride in her role as a key liaison between our employees and clients, guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences. One of the things she cherishes most about her job is the dynamic nature of each day; no two days are ever the same as she thrives in our fast-paced and enjoyable environment. In addition to her professional life, Denise finds joy in her personal pursuits. When she's not at work, you can find her spending quality time with her family and two small dogs. Crocheting is another passion of hers, and she enjoys creating beautiful pieces in her spare time. Denise's dedication and enthusiasm are invaluable assets to our team. With her exceptional organizational skills and friendly demeanor, she plays a vital role in maintaining a high level of efficiency and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Bridget Holt

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Bridget began her career at Express Employment Professionals, starting off as a temporary employee at the Centralia office. She impressed the team so much that they offered her a full-time position as a Staffing Consultant. She dedicated four years to this role before deciding to relocate to Tacoma in 2004. In Tacoma, Bridget joined our team at Express as a Staffing Consultant in the industrial/commercial division. Her experience in account management and on-call work proved to be invaluable as she effectively managed on-site operations and supported clients with their staffing needs. In 2022, Bridget made a transition to our Skilled Trades Division, bringing her extensive knowledge and expertise to the team. When Bridget isn't working, she prioritizes spending quality time with her loved ones. Whether it's her two stepsons, her grandchild, her two nieces, her two nephews, or her two fur babies, family is at the center of her world. Bridget also enjoys taking trips, exploring new places, and really immersing herself in different cultures. She finds joy in shopping, being out in nature, and cherishes the moments she spends on the family farm. Bridget dreams of traveling all over the world, venturing to as many countries as she possibly can.

Shelby Murray

Industrial Employment Specialist

Shelby joined Express Employment Professionals in November 2025 and brings more than six years of experience in training and management, along with 23 years in customer service and sales. She describes herself as fun-loving and playful, with a passion for learning and a continual drive for growth. Originally from Spokane, Shelby has lived in Florida and Texas before returning to Washington to be closer to her family and her best friend, her sister. Shelby is excited to support her community through her work with Express, helping others find a place they can truly call home. Outside of work, she enjoys the simple things - whether relaxing with a good movie and her two cats or spending quality time with her closest people.

HR Support Specialist

Ari joined the Express Employment Professionals team in October 2025 as an HR Support Specialist. With a background as a retail hiring manager, she brings valuable experience in recruitment and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. After earning her degree from Pacific Lutheran University, Ari discovered her passion for helping others find meaningful career opportunities. As a lifelong Pierce County resident, Ari takes pride in supporting her local community and finds joy in seeing people leave the office with a renewed sense of hope. Outside of work, she’s a devoted mom who loves spending time with her child, three cats, and dog. In her spare moments, you’ll find her outdoors with a good book, planning her next travel adventure, or enjoying live music.

Pamela White

Payroll Specialist

Pamela has been a valued team member at Express since 1993. Her reliability and logical approach have been instrumental in the enduring success of the Tacoma franchise team. Throughout the years, Pamela has not only managed payroll for our associates but has also overseen crucial areas such as unemployment, medical benefits, and other employee concerns. In addition to handling these important responsibilities, she is also in charge of client reporting and managing account receivables. Outside of work, Pamela finds great joy in attending concerts and exploring new destinations. New York, Las Vegas, and San Diego are her favorite cities to visit, and she often finds herself returning to these vibrant locations. Born at Madigan and raised in Tacoma, Pamela is a proud Washingtonian through and through. And as a true fan, she passionately supports the HAWKS!

Kim Jackson

Office Services Employment Specialist

Kim is a valuable addition to our team, joining us in December 2020 as the Employment Specialist for our Office Services division. Before becoming a part of our team, Kim gained experience in Talent Acquisition at Nordstrom. During our introduction, Kim expressed her genuine passion for "finding the best talent for our clients and for finding the right job for our candidates." We couldn't be happier to have Kim join us at Express, where she can utilize her skills and drive to seek out exceptional candidates for our clients. Originally from Yakima, Washington, Kim moved to the Tacoma area during her childhood. When she's not hard at work, Kim enjoys indulging in her hobbies and personal interests. Cooking and baking are a real passion for her, allowing her to unleash her creativity and delight the taste buds of those lucky enough to sample her delicious creations. Kim also finds solace in the great outdoors, taking joy in the serenity of nature. She loves exploring new trails, inhaling the invigorating scent of the forest, and feeling a sense of accomplishment as she conquers challenging hikes. With Kim's dedication, experience, and passion, she excels in her role as the Employment Specialist. Her enthusiasm for connecting exceptional candidates with the right opportunities is contagious, and we are thrilled to have her as a valuable member of our Express team.
