Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Logistics/Trucking)
Location: Tacoma
Pay Range: $20–$23/hour DOE
Shifts: All shifts available
Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and dependable Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics or trucking. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, transportation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely support to customers regarding shipments, scheduling, and service inquiries
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient operations
- Handle order entry, tracking, and updates using transportation management systems (TMS)
- Resolve issues related to delays, deliveries, and customer concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a logistics, transportation, or trucking customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatching software or TMS platforms is a plus
- Flexibility to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
