Forklift Operator
Omak, WA | Full-Time | Food Production
Starting Pay: $17.13/hour
Multiple Shifts Available
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Forklift Operators for a leading food production facility in Omak, WA. If you have forklift experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and take pride in working safely, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport products throughout the facility
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring accuracy and product quality
- Move materials between production, storage, and shipping areas
- Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain required documentation
- Assist with inventory control and follow First Expired, First Out (FEFO) procedures
- Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or damaged products
- Perform basic troubleshooting on forklifts and related equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to keep operations running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift experience required
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically active environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
