What You'll Do
As a Permanent Mold Operator, you'll play an important role in the production process by creating high-quality aluminum castings.
Your responsibilities may include:
- 🔥 Dipping a bucket into molten aluminum
- 🪣 Transporting and carefully pouring molten aluminum into molds
- ⚙️ Operating permanent mold equipment
- 🧱 Removing finished castings from molds
- 🛠️ Grinding excess metal from finished products
- 🎨 Painting and preparing molds
- 🏭 Operating drill press equipment
- ♨️ Assisting with heat treat operations
- 📦 Producing quality castings to meet customer orders
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable individuals who:
- ✔️ Have previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, foundry, or other physically demanding environments
- ✔️ Are comfortable working around heat and industrial equipment
- ✔️ Have basic computer skills
- ✔️ Can lift, stand, bend, and work on their feet throughout the shift
- ✔️ Have a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- ✔️ Follow safety procedures and work well as part of a team
