A respected nonprofit organization in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Business Manager to support day-to-day financial operations. This direct hire position offers a great opportunity to join a mission-driven team and help ensure smooth and accurate financial processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate daily financial records for income and expenses
- Prepare and send invoices, and manage collections
- Receive, verify, and process vendor payments
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable reports
- Assist with budgets, audits, and financial reporting
- Use QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain confidentiality and follow internal controls
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- 5+ years of bookkeeping and customer service experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with nonprofits and multi-entity accounting (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
