Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform MIG and Stick welding on various steel components
-
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders
-
Lay out, position, align, and secure metal parts using measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, and combination squares
-
Operate welding equipment according to established procedures and safety standards

Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete preventive maintenance tasks
-
Work independently or with a team to meet production deadlines while ensuring high-quality welds
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 1 year welding experience (MIG and Stick) required

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read and follow blueprints and welding symbols
-
Experience with fabrication and metal layout tools preferred

Must be safety-conscious, reliable, and punctual
