Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for a local campground in the Morgantown area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a relaxed, outdoor environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and customer-focused, ready to help guests have a welcoming and stress-free stay.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our reservation system

Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email

Provide campground information and help guests with directions, amenities, and local attractions

Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records

Assist with light administrative tasks and help keep the lobby clean and inviting
-
Monitor guest needs and support other staff as needed
Requirements
-
Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in hospitality or front desk roles

Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn reservation software

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Must be reliable and punctual

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
