Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in managing incoming leads, nurturing existing client relationships, generating new business, and supporting the full sales cycle from first contact to order completion. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Identify client needs and recommend effective signage solutions

Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales

Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure project success

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Follow up regularly to drive repeat business and referrals

Assist with outbound sales efforts as needed
Qualifications:

Prior experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in signage, printing, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly learn and explain products and services

Proficient with CRM software and general office programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the signage, graphics, or visual communications industry
