Entry-Level Auto Technician – Fairmont, WV | $16–$26/hr, depending on experience
We’re currently seeking a reliable, motivated Entry-Level Auto Technician for our cleint in Fairmont, WV. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic automotive knowledge who’s looking to build a long-term career in the automotive service industry.
No certification is required — our client is willing to provide training and support to help you advance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and minor engine repairs
- Assist in diagnosing and servicing basic mechanical issues
- Support general shop operations and help maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Work under the supervision of experienced technicians and service managers
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must have your own set of tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior shop or automotive experience is a plus but not required
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
- Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
