Production Worker – Day Shift (4-Day Workweek!)

Location: Grafton, WV
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

What You’ll Do:

Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment

Weigh and combine raw materials following exact batch instructions

Fill, label, and palletize containers of adhesive and sealant products

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in manufacturing or production (preferred, but not required)

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

Forklift experience is a plus

Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability

High school diploma or equivalent
