Regional Field Manager – $17–$22/hr
Morgantown, WV | Flexible Monday–Friday Schedule (occasional Saturdays) | Family-Owned Business
A family-owned small business in Morgantown is seeking a Regional Field Manager to oversee and support multiple retail locations. This role is ideal for someone with retail management experience who enjoys leading teams, ensuring smooth operations, and taking ownership of day-to-day success.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee, troubleshoot, and coordinate daily store operations.

Travel to retail locations to supervise staff, including hiring and terminations as needed.

Handle bank deposits and maintain store reports.

Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth business operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a retail store management role.

Working knowledge of POS systems.

Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

A valid driver’s license (travel required).
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay $17-$22/hour, based on experience.
