Job Full Description
Job Summary:
A local Morgantown sign company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of sign projects from design through installation. The Project Coordinator will act as a central point of contact between clients, production teams, and installers, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing multiple sign projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure projects progress efficiently.

Review project specifications, designs, and installation plans for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and reports.

Track project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Support the Operations Manager in resolving any issues or delays during production and installation.
Qualifications:

Experience in project coordination, preferably in signage, construction, or manufacturing.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD) a plus.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

Ability to multitask and manage projects under deadlines.
Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of sign production processes, fabrication, and installation.

Experience working with vendors or subcontractors.

Understanding of local signage codes and permit requirements.
