Job Full Description
A dealership in Fairmont is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate would be someone who can maintain a collected and professional appearance in an environment that is fast paced and constantly changing. You will be responsible for providing an excellent first impression to clients both in person and on the phone.
This position offers a great Monday through Friday day shift schedule 7:45am to 5:15pm, with compensation starting at $17 hourly, based on experience.
Duties to Include, But Not Limited To:
- Answering phone calls for both sales and service departments and directing calls appropriately
- Scheduling service appointments and sales appointments
- Updating sales tasks in company CRM software
- Responding to web inquiries
- Assisting with additional data entry into the CRM as required
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualified Candidates Will Possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – especially while taking phone calls
- An upbeat and friendly personality, with ability to provide customer service while always maintaining a high standard of professionalism
- Proficiency with computers – company specific CRM software is used and you will be trained
- Excellent attention to detail and able to multitask
- At least 1+ year experience in a related role is desired
