We are currently seeking candidates for an office support / office manager role with our client, a small family-owned trades company in Janesville,
This is a great evaluation-hire opportunity for someone who loves diverse office responsibilities, working independently, and growing into an office management role.
Main duties:
- Assist customers over the phone, via email and in person in the show room
- Schedule services
- Maintain client files, electronic and paper documentation
- Maintain office organization and inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of past experience in an office setting, longevity important
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience working for trades companies
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office suite. Ideal candidates will have experience with QuickBooks or accounting software
Schedule: Flexible 30 - 40 hours per week between 8am - 4:30pm Mon- Fri. Candidate can pick there schedule, but needs to be consistent
Pay: $18 - $22/hour depending on experience
