Overview
We are seeking a punctual, reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organizational skilled, ability to work independently, and self-starter Shop Associate. This individual will be working at our Headquarters facility located in Delavan. The ideal candidate will be assisting in production needs, inventory stocking, inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, building shipments for projects for our field technicians, assembly, and other duties assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness & organization throughout the facility
- Assist with daily needs to make the company successful
- Operate forklifts in safe manner while moving merchandise
- Load/Unload shipments from outside vendors and our team members
- Receiving deliveries & organizing incoming merchandise by quantities & stocking
- Support fleet & equipment preparation for shipments for projects
- Organize merchandise, tools, inventory, & job-related equipment
- Ensure compliance with company safety & housekeeping standards
- Identify & report damaged, missing, or low-stock issues to management
Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
- Welding & knowledge of basic hand tools are preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Mechanical knowledge
- CDL-A not required but willing to obtain if requested
- Knowledge of presses, breaks, & metal bending machinery
- Industrial painting preferred
