Job Full Description
Express Employment is searching for dedicated individuals to join a local La Crosse company specializing in the manufacturing of overshoes and overboots. These products are formally used in fields such as agricultural, construction, industrial, and other consumer markets! These are long-term and full-time opportunities as the need for these products is never ending.
Wage & Hours:
1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 4:30am-2:30pm, $18/hour
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Set up, operate, and tend to mold machine (training is provided)
- Visually inspect product for defects, flaws, measurements, and specifications
- Read work orders and examine machine is operating correctly
- Package finished product and palletize
- Keep work area clean and free of work hazards
- Follow all PPE policies and procedures
- Assist others as needed
Qualifications include:
- HSD or GED is preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 30lbs throughout shift
- Ability to follow and written and verbal instruction
- Ability to stay on task and work independently
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required
