Job Title: Cranberry Bin Repair Technician (General Labor | Day Shift | Weekly Pay)

Schedule & Pay:
- Pay: $19.02/hour
- Schedule: Day Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime: Fridays as needed (time and a half after 40 hours)
- Hours: 40+ hours per week
- Pay Frequency: Weekly (paid every Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and rebuild large wooden cranberry bins/crates in a warehouse setting
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs according to specifications
- Perform general labor tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Able to stand and work on your feet for 10-hour shifts
- Previous general labor, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
- Must have at least 3–4 months of consistent work history in the past year
- Steel toe boots required (all other PPE provided)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
