Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a respected financial services firm in the Onalaska area, and we are currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager. This position plays a key role in supporting clients and the advisory team by providing exceptional front-line service and administrative support.
Position Type: Part-time 30 hours per week
Location: Onalaska, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (specific schedule to be discussed)
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming experience, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving service requests.
- Maintain and update client records, process financial paperwork and manage transaction reviews and support cases.
- Plan and coordinate 4–6 client events annually, including logistics, compliance approvals, communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating social media, website updates, signage, client mailings, and compliant marketing materials.
- Assist with life insurance applications and policy servicing, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely processing.
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment, including supplies, conference room setup, and client amenities.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to schedule client reviews, track pending tasks, and provide cross-coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior administrative, customer service, or client-facing office experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to client service
