Express has partnered with a local Farmer’s Co-op and is looking for a Customer Service Associate! This is a full-time temporary position to help support the team during one of their busiest times of the year. In this role, your main focus will be assisting customers both in person and over the phone while helping keep daily store operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and dependable professional who enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service. This person should be comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers throughout the day.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
Wage: Starting at $18/hr
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions about products, services, and deliveries.
• Provide friendly and efficient service while assisting customers at the cash register.
• Write up and process delivery tickets and customer orders.
• Help customers locate products and provide general assistance throughout the store.
• Maintain an organized front counter and assist with daily store operations.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure orders and deliveries are handled accurately.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers throughout the day.
• Basic computer and cashiering skills.
• Farm or agriculture knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
