Pay & Schedule
- $16.00 per hour
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Full-time, long-term opportunity
- Union position with strong benefits upon hire
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload products onto conveyor lines
- Inspect bottles/cans for defects or quality issues
- Palletize finished product as needed
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist team members and support production needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and reaching regularly
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
