Quality Engineer (Manufacturing / ISO / CMM) – 1st Shift | $23–$29/hr

Job Details
- Position: Quality Engineer
- Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Pay: $23–$29 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform gage calibration to ensure measurement accuracy
- Conduct part inspections using:
- Hard gages
- Variable gages
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Vision system measurement equipment
- Work within ISO standards and established quality management systems (QMS)
- Participate in internal quality audits
- Report scrap and production data into ERP system
- Ensure work instructions and procedures are followed by staff
- Provide training to team members on quality processes and standards
- Utilize precision measuring tools including:
- Calipers
- OD micrometers
- Vision systems
- CMMs
- Use ERP system (Pro Shop) for reporting and tracking
- Maintain FDA regulatory compliance and reporting knowledge
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership (written and verbal)
Requirements
- Manufacturing background REQUIRED
- Experience with ISO standards and quality systems
- Knowledge of FDA regulatory reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and quality control experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
