Production Worker – Cheese Manufacturing | Holmen, WI
Express Employment of La Crosse, WI has partnered with a leading cheese manufacturing facility in Holmen, WI! We’re seeking hardworking and reliable associates for full-time, long-term opportunities in production.
Wage & Hours
1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 5:45am – 4:00pm | $18/hour
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment (training provided)
- Mix ingredients according to customer specifications
- Package products and palletize
- Rotate breaks to maintain smooth production flow
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform general housekeeping tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout shift
- Comfortable climbing/moving on ladders, steps, stairways, walkways, and platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
