Maintenance Technicians - All Shifts Available - Sparta, New Lisbon, La Crosse, $25-$35/hour
Express Employment Professionals is looking for maintenance technicians for all shifts. Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, blueprints, schematics, and preventative experience required.

Key Responsibilities (Industrial Maintenance Technician)
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and structures
- Complete basic and advanced equipment repairs
- Install, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, industrial machinery, and electronic components
- Interpret and follow electrical codes, schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Connect power supply wiring and cables between machines and equipment
- Complete additional maintenance duties as assigned
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols
Qualifications (Electrical Maintenance Technician)
- Minimum 3 years of experience, OR electrical degree, OR related technical college degree required
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and maintenance processes
- Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, twisting, reaching)
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
