What Youll Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural and commercial lending customers
Originate, underwrite, and close agricultural, commercial, and consumer loans
Conduct on-site visits with farms, businesses, and rural operations
Build relationships through prospecting, networking, and sales calls
Analyze financial data and structure loan terms and agreements
Partner with credit and underwriting teams to process applications
Cross-sell banking products including deposits and cash management services
Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in finance, business, agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
35 years of lending experience (agricultural, commercial, or consumer)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze financial data and make sound lending decisions
Experience working with customers in a professional setting
Ability to travel locally for customer visits
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform basic physical tasks
Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly is a plus
