Pay & Schedule
- $18.00 per hour
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (or until production is complete)
- Full-time, long-term position
Job Duties
- Perform pre-operation checks to ensure proper materials (boxes, labels, wrap) are ready
- Package and wrap finished meat products while inspecting for quality
- Ensure proper sealing of packaging
- Label products accurately according to company specifications
- Pack products into boxes and palletize for shipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food production or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable with good communication and teamwork skills
