- Position: Packaging & Production Associate
- Location: New Lisbon, WI
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM | $21.37/hour
Note: May require overtime on Fridays based on production needs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Package finished products and prepare for shipment
- Cut and empty bags of raw materials into production equipment
- Wrap pallets with shrink wrap and stage for transport
- Operate a forklift to move and stack materials
- Monitor equipment and report mechanical or material issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed
⚙️ Work Environment
- Exposure to dry dairy products and airborne particles
- Loud manufacturing setting with moving equipment
- Physically active, fast-paced production environment
✅ Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Comfortable using touchscreen/computer systems
- Ability to safely use hand tools (including cutting tools)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 55 lbs consistently
- Able to work 10-hour shifts and frequently use stairs
- High School Diploma or GED required
