Job Title: General Laborer – Concrete Production (Entry-Level)

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Laborers for a reputable concrete production company. This is an entry-level opportunity with the potential for long-term employment and advancement. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Mix, pour, and mold concrete products
- Assist with building wire cages and prepping molds
- Support machine operators with stamping, clamping, and binding
- Perform finishing work and quality control inspections
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
- Complete general labor and production duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and working in a production setting
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Previous construction, carpentry, or concrete experience is a plus (not required)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
