Location: Sparta, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Day Shift (Starting at 6:30 AM – potential for earlier start based on position)

What You’ll Do
- Assist in the production and manufacturing of sinks
- Lift, move, and position materials throughout the facility
- Work as part of a team to safely handle items over 70 lbs (team lifts required)
- Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
- Follow production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency
- Complete tasks with a focus on quality and safety standards
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting from waist height to shoulder height or higher
- Team lifting required for heavier materials
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
Training & Safety
- Hands-on training: Each new hire will shadow an experienced team member
- Safety boots required (steel toe or composite toe)
- Employer provides:

Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
