Pay & Schedule
• Pay rate: $18-$25/hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• No weekends required
What You’ll Be Doing
• Answer phones and provide professional customer service
• Communicate with clients regarding legal documentation and case updates
• Draft and prepare correspondence, pleadings, and contracts
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents
• Assist attorneys with client preparation and legal research
• Prepare, file, and serve legal pleadings
• Compile information, summaries, and reports
• Perform administrative, clerical, and office support duties
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and legal database systems
What We’re Looking For
• Previous law office experience required
• Family law experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Experience in administrative, clerical, office support, or legal environments is a plus
