Job Details
Position: Powder Coater / Fabrication Shop General Labor
Location: Sparta
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Overtime: Some mandatory overtime required
Powder Coater Job Responsibilities
- Powder coat metal parts and components
- Rack, hang, and pack finished products
- Perform general labor and fabrication shop duties
- Inspect parts for quality and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a warm or hot manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing and moving during an 8-hour workday
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred
