Pay & Schedule
• Pay rate: $18-$20/hr
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm
• Full-time and part-time openings available
• Long-term opportunity with benefits available for full-time employees after probationary period
What You’ll Be Doing
• Process customer banking transactions accurately and professionally
• Assist customers with online banking and debit card support
• Complete loan processing and administrative banking tasks
• Scan and organize digital files and records
• Perform account reconciliation and record keeping
• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and support
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in daily office operations
• Support general clerical and administrative functions within the bank
What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous banking or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable using computers, office equipment, and POS/cash handling systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in administrative support, banking, clerical, customer service, or office support is a plus
