Bank Teller & Customer Service Representative - $15+/hr - Full Time Days

Pay & Schedule
• Starting at $15+/hr based on experience
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday half-day shift
• Full-time, long-term opportunity

What You'll Be Doing
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately
• Assist customers with checking, savings, loan, and credit card transactions
• Handle money orders, gift cards, foreign currency transactions, and related banking services
• Open and close the branch and assist with daily vault operations
• Balance ATM cash, vault currency, and coin inventory
• Process night deposit bags and assist with safe deposit box services
• Help customers with account maintenance and banking documentation
• Educate customers on available banking products, loans, and financial services
• Provide exceptional customer service in a professional office environment
• Support customers with online banking technology and account resources
What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and courteous attitude when working with customers
• Strong mathematical, cash-handling, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced banking environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities throughout the day
• Knowledge of banking products and services is preferred
• Sales, cross-selling, or referral experience is a plus
• Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
