Production Assistant Line Lead (2nd Shift) – Food Production | $24.50/hr | Monday–Friday
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local food production company to hire a Production Assistant Line Lead for a full-time 2nd shift position. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, or warehouse operations who are ready to step into a line lead or team lead role.
Pay & Schedule
- Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (full-time)
Key Responsibilities
- Train workers on production line tasks
- Read ingredients and count bags on pallets
- Place scoops in cans, jars, and buckets and secure lids
- Stack bags and cans of product from the production line
- Seal bags and cans of products from the line
- Bag product as it comes off the line
- Dump bags of product into equipment
- Sample product on lines as required
- Serve as designated Line Lead during absences
Qualifications
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, assembly line, or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to lead a team or step into a line lead role when needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production processes
- Ability to lift, stack, and handle production materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
