Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
La Crosse, WI | Monday-Friday | Flexible Daytime Hours
$19.00-$20.00/hour

Our client, a well-established construction company in the La Crosse area, is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to help promote their business while providing administrative support to the office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their marketing experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with the potential for the position to grow into a full-time role.
What You'll Do:
- Create engaging social media content and help maintain the company's online presence.
- Assist with marketing materials, promotions, and company communications.
- Coordinate with outside marketing partners, including local television and radio stations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly customer service.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other general office support.
- Assist with a variety of administrative projects as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is creative and enjoys marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Has basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Is dependable, professional, and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Previous marketing, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time with flexible daytime hours, Monday-Friday
- Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time position
- $19.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
