Job Title: Woodworker
Job Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, 20-40 hours per week
Hours Available: Any schedule between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom wood components for travel trailers
- Measure, cut, sand, and install wood materials with precision
- Operate common woodworking tools and equipment safely
- Read measurements and follow work instructions accurately
- Work closely with team members to complete custom customer orders
- Adapt to changing project requirements and customer specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards
Qualifications
- Previous woodworking experience required
- Passion for woodworking and craftsmanship
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
