Job Details
Position: Machine Operator / Assembly
Job Type: Evaluation Hire
Location: Mauston, WI
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Work independently or as part of a small production team
- Assemble, wind, machine, clean, test, and package products
- Cross-train and rotate between multiple workstations
- Produce quality parts according to production standards
- Handle and move materials used in production
- Operate equipment including drill presses, hydraulic presses, ovens, lathes, and various hand and power tools
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents
- Comfortable working with team members and occasionally interacting with customers
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to frequently lift and move 10-35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
