This temporary Phone Representative opportunity pays $15/hour and offers flexible scheduling between 9 AM and 7 PM, with shifts ranging from just 2 hours to a full 8-hour day. Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: Flexible shifts available between 9 AM and 7 PM
- Shifts can be as short as 2 hours or as long as 8 hours
- Temporary position running September 28 through October 6

What You’ll Be Doing
- Make outbound phone calls to previous donors
- Follow provided phone scripts and talking points
- Speak with donors in a friendly, professional manner
- Ask donors to renew previous gifts and, when appropriate, consider increasing their donation
- Provide positive customer service throughout each conversation
- Represent a respected nonprofit organization and its mission in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable talking with people over the phone
- Motivated and confident asking for donations
- Professional and customer-service-focused communication style
- Able to follow a provided script while keeping conversations personable
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
- Previous call center, phone representative, fundraising, or outbound calling experience is helpful but not required
