Cranberry Processing – Packaging & Production Associate
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Packaging & Production Associates for a local cranberry processing facility. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates who are comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule and enjoy hands-on production work.
Pay & Schedule
Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$16.50–$17.50/hour
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
$17.75–$18.75/hour
- Perfect attendance bonus: Earn the higher rate when perfect attendance is maintained for the week.
- Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours
- Paid weekly: Every Friday
- Rotating schedule
Packaging & Production Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor a variety of production and packaging equipment
- Package finished cranberry products
- Assemble and prepare display boxes
- Palletize finished products for the warehouse
- Sort cranberries and inspect product
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Follow safety and quality standards throughout the production process
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. for 30-minute increments throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be comfortable being trained on a forklift
