Job Full Description
We are seeking candidates for a Customer Support role within the field services team at a client of ours in the Fitchburg area.
This is a long term temporary role, expected to go through the end of 2025. The role could go long term and there is potential for hire based on performance and business need.
Overview:
This position will answer customer calls, respond to emails, contact Factory Certified Service companies, and process warranty claims.
- Answer customer calls, register customers in our call center system and document reason for the call
- Utilize our internal knowledge management system to find answers to questions
- Respond to customer or partner emails in a concise, professional style
- Perform final review of claims that fail automated processing edits to ensure service companies are paid in a timely manner
- Enter or monitor parts orders
- Process credits for dealer returns, parts shortages/damages
- Miscellaneous office or parts packaging duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Education (minimum)
- Computer literacy to include all Microsoft Office products
- Experience in a business setting and prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently on a task
- Good organizational skills and follow through
- Dependable, willing to do lots of different things, efficient
- Product knowledge is a plus
Schedule: Full-time, day shift role, flexible between 7am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Pay: $23/hour
