Job Full Description

We are currently hiring for General Laborers with a reputable local property management company.

The Laborers will report to the Maintenance Team Leader and will work with the property management and operations teams to ensure that the properties are kept up to applicable standards. Applicants must be customer-service driven and be able to handle the daily challenges associated with the property management industry and maintaining multiple residences.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Ensure that the physical aspects of multiple properties meet company standards and applicable laws
Assist maintenance with repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
Grounds work and landscaping and snow removal duties
Assist with cleaning and janitorial projects, and trash removal
Develop an understanding of the property portfolio, inventory, and SOPs
Understand the general facets of property management
Interact professionally with residents, office staff, and vendors as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Driver's license and insurable to operated company vehicles
Strong mechanical skills
Ability to complete physical labor projects daily

Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri. Overtime and on-call weekend hours required at times.

Pay: Based on previous experience, $18 - $22/hour
