Our client in Fitchburg who specializes in roofing and construction is looking for a high-energy, self-driven, team-oriented candidate for a Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist role!

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Field and manage inbound calls from potential customers
• Schedule appointments with our sales team
• Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, etc.
• Have a sense of urgency to respond to inbound leads from potential customers
• Follow up with set appointments to ensure high demonstration rates
• Must have a clear speaking voice
• Must be able to follow simple scripting that works!
• Study product information and maintain product knowledge

Qualifications
- Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting.
COMPENSATION:
• $18-$22/hour base pay structure
• Aggressive bonus incentives

SCHEDULE - 2ND SHIFT & WEEKENDS:
- Weekdays - late afternoon to evening
- Saturdays
