Job Full Description
Express is hiring for a Shipping Team Lead with a local food manufacturer in the Madison area.
This is a great evaluation to hire opportunity to join a fun and reputable team in the food production industry!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure shipments are prepared and ready to ship in a timely manner
- Manage the e-commerce website/online sales
- Check shipments for all material goods prior to shipment/QA
- Checking weights of products to coordinate with FedEx
- Coordinate shipment with correct FedEx policies
- Learn/have a basic understanding of company products
Requirements:
- Previous shipping experience
- Previous e-commerce system management a plus
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience also a plus
- Self starter, positive attitude
- Strong computer literacy a MUST
- Organizational skills
- Previous food experience production a plus
Pay: $22 - $26/hr depending on experience
Hours: Flexible, Mon - Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm
