Job Full Description
Express is hiring for a Diesel Technician for a client company in the Oregon area.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, drivetrains, brakes, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel engines and related systems

Conduct preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on commercial trucks

Repair and replace faulty components such as transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems

Accurately document repairs, parts used, and services performed

Communicate effectively with the service manager and customers about findings and recommendations

Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety standards
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience as a diesel technician or equivalent training

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools

Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics
-
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
Pay: $27+/hr, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
