Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Specialist to support our construction operations across multiple job sites in the Madison area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping job sites clean and safe, and is eager to learn and grow within a construction company. There is room for advancement for the right individual.
Responsibilities

Perform general labor and site maintenance, including:

Cleaning and sweeping garages, basements, and sidewalks

Picking up and disposing of debris and garbage

Assist with basic construction tasks such as:

Follow direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site at all times

Travel between job sites as needed
Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard

Ability to take direction and learn new skills

Valid driver’s license required

Reliable transportation (company vehicle not provided; mileage reimbursement may be available)

Construction experience is a plus, but not required
-
Consistent work history preferred (no significant job gaps or frequent short-term roles)

Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
