Job Full Description
We are working with a client, located in Middleton, on their search for a contract Recruiter to join their team. This is a manufacturing company. The position is anticipated to go for around 3 months. 95% remote, with onsite visits required 1-2 days/month.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring team members
- Partner with hiring managers and onsite interviewers to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress within the applicant tracking system
- Support onsite hiring events as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)
- Strong experience with high-volume hiring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Paylocity is a plus
Work Environment & Tools
- Remote role with occasional onsite presence in Middleton, WI
- Company will provide phone, laptop, and mouse
- Candidate must have reliable internet access
- Use of Paylocity for recruiting
Pay: $30+/hr, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
