Express is now hiring a Lawn Care Tech on behalf of our client, a trusted landscaping and lawn care provider serving the greater Madison area.
We are seeking a reliable team player to be a Lawn Care Technician on a mowing team. This role involves mowing, trimming, edging and blowing off grass clippings
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns using a zero-turn mower
- Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping features
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely
Qualifications:
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to operate basic lawn and landscaping equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Typically Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekends during peak seasons
Compensation:
- $17 - $19/hr, Hourly pay based on experience
- Opportunities for overtime and advancement
Work Environment:
This position involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and light rain. Safety gear and training will be provided.
