Express is hiring for multiple residential cleaners for a local Madison company. This is an evaluation-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance.
Job Description:
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join a growing team. Cleaners will work in teams of 3–4 people, providing high-quality cleaning services in residential homes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete assigned homes efficiently
- Follow company cleaning standards and procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of Spanish is preferred to support team communication
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license is a plus
Pay: $15 - $17/hr
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
