Job Full Description
We are looking for 2nd shift welders/fabricators for a company located in Cross Plains, WI.
Pay: $23-30/hr,Based on experience
Responsibilities:
- MIG, TIG welding
- Fit, tack, weld, grind, and finish metal parts
- Fabricate parts using drawings, blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions
- Use fabrication tools: cutting torches, grinders, saws, shears, press brake (preferred)
- Support production, engineering, maintenance, and machine shop teams
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace
- Low volume high variety of work
Requirements:
- Strong welding experience (MIG/TIG especially)
- Ability to fabricate from raw material to finished part
- Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Team mindset
