Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Production Workers for a growing dog food production facility in Oak Creek, WI. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are looking for long-term opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
1st & 2nd Shift Available
12-hour shifts only
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Production Associates
- Machine Operators
- General Laborers
- Sanitation Workers
Job Responsibilities:
- Packaging and processing dog food products
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Loading materials and preparing products for shipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas
- Following food safety, GMP, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in cold environments around 40-degree temperatures
- Reliable transportation is required — attendance and punctuality are extremely important
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
- Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work in a team environment
- Overtime and weekend availability may is required based on production needs
